Mark was the first
employee hired at CRWD in January of 2003. Mark is responsible for
implementing Board policies and programs. Mark also oversees the
day-to-day operation of the District including operations, projects,
staff, and the annual budget. |

Melissa joined the
staff in July of 2007 and is responsible for all water monitoring
collection, analysis and reporting. Melissa also assists with other field
duties including inspecting construction sites and District projects. |

Bob joined the
Capitol Region Watershed District in the summer of 2004 and oversees the
District water monitoring efforts and is responsible for reviewing
developments for water quality practices. Bob is also responsible for
developing watershed district rules that will be going into effect in
2006. |

Forrest joined the
staff in January of 2007 and is responsible for
reviewing
permit applications, site plans, and other materials; perform
investigations and research needed to issue permits and to make
recommendations on permit variances or exceptions. |

Dawn has been with

administrative functions of the office including phones, computers, well
sealing applications and accounts payables. |

Elizabeth joined
the staff in January of 2007 and is responsible for
coordinating all
District adult and K-12 education and public outreach/involvement
activities through the goals, objectives and policies of the District’s
Education Program. |
