Project Summary: The Capitol Region Watershed District values the efforts of individuals and organizations who support our mission to improve water resources. The District's Stewardship Grant Program offers cost-share grants for projects with goals to improve water quality and decrease stormwater runoff; preserve native plant and wildlife communities affected by lakes, rivers, and wetlands; or create and carry out water quality education programs. Examples of eligible projects are raingardens, rain barrels or previous pavement installation.
