Mark Doneux, Administrator
Mark became the first employee of CRWD in 2003. As Administrator, Mark implements CRWD policies and programs on behalf of the CRWD Board of Managers. He oversees all CRWD operations, including staff, and also manages the annual budget and work plan. Mark received a B.S. in Reclamation from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
 jessica-bromelkamp-2 Jessica Bromelkamp, Communications & Outreach Specialist
Jessica manages CRWD’s website, social media, publications, media relations, and city outreach programs.  She has an extensive background leading urban watershed education programs; establishing local, state, and regional partnerships; and working with the media to promote practices for clean water.  Jessica joined CRWD in 2016 and holds an M.S. in Environmental Science & Policy from Johns Hopkins University.
OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA Anna Eleria, Planning, Projects & Grants Division Manager
Anna is responsible for the development and implementation of CRWD’s planning studies, capital improvement projects and grant programs. She manages the operation, maintenance and repair of CRWD’s  Trout Brook Storm Sewer Interceptor System (TBI).  She is also involved in stormwater management planning for the Snelling Midway Redevelopment Site. In addition, she served as project manager for CRWD’s Green Line Green Infrastructure Project and Highland Ravine Stabilization Project.  Anna joined CRWD in 2008 and holds a B.S. in Natural Resources and Environmental Studies from the University of Minnesota and an M.S. in Water Resources Engineering from Tufts University.
Bob Fossum, Monitoring & Research Division Manager
Bob joined CRWD in 2004.  Bob received a B.S. in Geography and Environmental Studies at Gustavus Adolphus College and received an M.S. in water Resource Management and Geography at the University of Wisconsin.  Bob manages the District’s Monitoring, Maintenance, and Research Division.  Bob also manages District planning and capital improvement projects.

Belinda joined CRWD in 2016 and holds an MBA from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.  She assists the Administration and the Office Manager with contracts, board packets, website updates, and keeping the office running smooth.
Elizabeth Hosch Elizabeth Hosch BMP Inspector
Elizabeth joined CRWD in October 2014.  She holds a B.S. in Environmental Studies from Bucknell University, as well as an M.S. in Environmental Science/Applied Ecology and M.P.A. from Indiana University.  Elizabeth inspects stormwater and erosion/sediment control best management practices throughout the district and assists with the CRWD permit program.
Forrest Kelley, PE  Regulatory Division Manager
Forrest joined CRWD in 2007 and manages CRWD’s Rules and Permitting Programs. He assists redevelopment applicants and coordinates site plan reviews, and makes approval recommendations to the Board of Managers.  Forrest also manages CRWD capital improvement projects to help protect the water resources of the District. Forrest has a B. S. in Biosystems Engineering from the University of Minnesota and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of MN.
Andrew Novak, Urban BMP Specialist
Andrew joined CRWD in 2017. He coordinates the planning, design, and construction of green infrastructure and stormwater best management practices (BMP’s) throughout the District. He also coordinates the inspection and maintenance of District-owned BMP’s and serves the District as a technical resource. He holds a Master’s of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Minnesota.

Joe joined CRWD in 2012 and holds a B.S. in Environmental Science, Policy, and Management from the University of Minnesota. He assists with the District’s Stormwater Monitoring Program by conducting water quality monitoring, data analysis, reporting, and the installation and maintenance of monitoring equipment.

Britta joined CRWD in 2010. She holds a B.S. in Physical Geography and Natural Resource Management from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and an M.S. in Forest Hydrology and Watershed Management from the University of Minnesota. Britta coordinates the Water Quality Monitoring program by directing water quality data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Michelle joined CRWD in 2013.  She is responsible for the well sealing program.   Michelle takes care of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables.  Michelle records the Board of Managers and the CAC meeting minutes.  She keeps the overall office running smooth.
DSCN1544 Lindsay Schwantes, Community Outreach Coordinator Lindsay joined CRWD in 2012 as an Education and Outreach Intern.  Late 2012, she took the role of Education and Administrative Assistant and was appointed Community Outreach Coordinator in March 2016. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Science, Policy and Management from the University of Minnesota.  Lindsay manages the District’s Partner Grant program and Master Water Stewards and initiates outreach work with community, youth and partner groups.

Maddie joined CRWD in 2016.  She holds a B.A. in Environmental Science from Macalester College.  She assists the District’s Stormwater Monitoring program by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on water quality data.

Sarah joined CRWD in January, 2014.  She holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University and an M.S. in Water Resources Science from the University of Minnesota.  She assists with the District’s Stormwater Monitoring Program: collecting, analyzing and reporting on water quality data.

Nate joined CRWD in 2013. He holds a B.S. in Biology/Ecology from Winona State University. Nate is responsible for managing grant programs, plan reviews, project coordination, and watershed restoration planning.
