DESCRIPTION:If you apply road salt\, you can learn how to significantly reduce salt use\, save money\, and protect Minnesota’s lakes and streams while maintaining road safety. The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) Winter Roads Certification will cover high and low speed snowplow operation. \nWho should participate? \n• State\, city\, and county road maintenance staff \n• Private winter maintenance contractors \n• Property staff maintaining private/public walkways and/or parking lots \n• Other snowplow drivers \nContact Jessica to register:  jbromelkamp@capitolregionwd.org \nPriority will be given to Capitol Region Watershed District’s member cities.
