Capitol Region Watershed District seeks a Stormwater Best Management Practice (BMP) Specialist to manage and implement the District’s Stewardship Grant Program, a cost-share water quality improvement grant program. The Specialist is responsible for coordinating the design and construction of rain gardens and other BMPs by outside contractors, communicating with interested grantees, and grant administration. The Specialist is also responsible for coordinating studies that assess water-related issues and identify opportunities for improving stormwater management. A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent is required. The selected candidate will be required to comply with all provisions of the District employee handbook including a COVID-19 vaccination requirement.
