Rachel joined CRWD in 2019. She holds a B.S. in Ecosystem Science & Sustainability from Colorado State University. Rachel provides support and technical assistance in the planning, design, construction and operation and maintenance of green infrastructure practices and other types of stormwater best management practices (BMPs).
