Project work includes construction of a parking lot, artificial turf, irrigation distribution system, underground stormwater storage chambers, and associated project components. Specific work is as follows:

No bids will be considered unless submitted on the forms provided, sealed and accompanied by a bidder’s security naming Capitol Region Watershed District (hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”) as obligee, certified check payable to the Owner or a surety bond from a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the Owner in the event that the bidder fails to enter into a contract.
The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. Deposits of the higher bidders will be returned within sixty (60) days of bid opening. No bids will be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening bids. Payment for the work will be by check. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids.
