The Board of Managers of Capitol Region Watershed District (CRWD) has set the regular meetings of the Board on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month at 6:00 P.M. at the District office unless otherwise noted, or a special meeting is called.

Beginning with the meeting on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, Board managers, staff, consultants, and the general public may join Board of Managers meetings in person or via Zoom. The public may listen to the meeting but not participate, except for the visitor comments portion of the agenda. Visitor comments may be given in person or via Zoom.

A meeting agenda and instructions for joining the Zoom meeting are added to the meeting event page at least two business days before the meeting.
